• Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after the order is confirmed.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
• If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

• Our products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days for standard shipping within the United States, following a processing period of 1–3 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Made-to-order and personalized items are not eligible for return except where defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please review the full policy before ordering.

Third-Party Fulfillment Disclosure

Selah & Co. operates as a curated retail store. Some or all of our products are sourced from and fulfilled by third-party suppliers. While we carefully select our suppliers and stand behind the quality of our products, physical fulfillment may be handled by these third parties. We remain your point of contact for all customer service inquiries.

Product Use and Suitability

Our products are decorative and lifestyle items intended for ordinary household use. You are responsible for using them safely and as intended. Products are not intended for use by children unless expressly stated on the product page.

Intellectual Property
